Repair Request

Please fill out one form for each product type affected. One form for multiple products with the same issue is OK.

To submit a repair claim for faulty products, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the following link to open the Orders Portal: https://test.advanta.com.au/account/orders/
  2. Find the original order that the faulty/damaged product was supplied from.
  3. Click the expander arrow on the left-hand side of the order row to expand the order details.
  4. Click on the “Requests” tab
  5. Select “Raise a Claim” on the right-hand side.
  6. Follow the prompts to submit the claim.
